Our Experiencing Hendrix in London tour is available for private departures, subject to availability. Your private tour can visit a range of sites covering Jimi’s four-year history in London; from Zoot Money’s flat, his first port of call on landing in September 24th 1966, to the apartment where he died on September 18th 1970.

Hotels and houses where Jimi lived, clubs where he played, where he met long time girlfriend Kathy Etchingham, recording studios he used, locations where lyrics where written, where he burned his first guitar, shop sites where he purchased his amazing clothes and personal instruments, and locations where album, PR and video shoots were taken.

Learn about Jimi’s times in London, the formation of the Experience, the politics, the drugs, the girlfriends, the music – and have it set in the context of the ‘swinging sixties’ of which he was so much apart.

Private tours are the date/time of your choice, provided we have a vehicle and driver/guide available. A private tour is just yourselves with the personal services of driver/guide. It is a flat rate for the hire of vehicle/driver/guide.
