This suggested itinerary is flexible to best suit your interests; the core route is approx 3 miles with several break options along the way. Public transport options are also possible.
Time permitting, from Savoy Steps your guide can escort you via public transport to The Troubadour, the heart of folkie London still!
Here find a cafe/restaurant and they still host live music some evenings (subject to schedules.) Troubadour is not only iconic on the Bob Dylan in London Trail, ‘a cornerstone’ of the British folk scene hosting Dylan, Judy Collins, Paul Simon, Martin Carthy and many other folkies and jazz greats, but also Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin… and more recently the Troubadour has hosted performances by artists including Adele, Florence Welch, Ed Sheeran, Frank Turner, The Murder Capital and others.
