1 ‘London Rock Tours’ is the trading name of Access All Areas (GB) Ltd.

2  A full description of our products and pricing is found on the relevant pages of this website. Please note that while every attempt is made to operate the tours according to any published itinerary, we reserve the right to change the departure and return points, operations times, type of vehicle and the itinerary without notice subject to local traffic conditions on the day of operation or for any other unspecified reason.

3 Bookings made through third party agents are subject to the terms and conditions of that agent. Access All Areas (GB) Ltd accepts no responsibility for inaccurate information concerning the operation of London rock heritage tours that might be given by a third party agent.

4 Privacy Policy – If making a direct booking and paying by credit card via this website or through Paypal, note we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

5 Refund / Cancellation Policy. You may cancel a booking on a regular scheduled tour any time up to 72 hours. Refunds could incur an administrative charge. Thereafter, within 72 hours, any refunds or changes in date for the tour are made at the discretion of Access All Areas (GB) Ltd. In the case of group bookings (8 persons or above), cancellation can be made up to 96 hours prior to the date of operation with 10% of your payment retained for administrative charges, thereafter the full payment is retained. Monetary refunds are not given in the event of our not being able to either complete a tour, or for a tour running late, due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as vehicle breakdowns, demonstrations, festivals or events, or actions by the police or other authorities than might cause road closure.  Vouchers for use on another tour date may be offered, subject to our discretion.

Covid-19: London Rock Tour is acting in accordance with the UK Government’s advice. Sending everyone huge positive vibes to get through these difficult times safely and in good health.

Access All Areas (GB) ltd reserves the right to adhere to a select minimum and maximum number of passengers per safe capacity, operating our tours re Covid 19.

7 It is your responsibility to be at the departure point at the time necessary to join the tour. In the event of your not being at the point of departure by the allotted time you will be regarded as a ‘no-show’ and lose your payment in full. No refunds will be given. Should you arrive at the departure point late and decide to try to catch up with the tour on route, this is the individual’s responsibility and Access All Areas (GB) Ltd will not be responsible for any costs you incur.

8 Lost or damaged items: should you lose an item on the tour, every attempt will be made to return this to you but no claim can be made on Access All Areas (GB) ltd in respect of any loss.

9 All tour participants explicitly agree to follow any advice or instruction given to them by the tour director or guide. This particularly appertains to those times when you are off the tour coach and Access All Areas (GB) ltd accepts no responsibility for any injuries sustained in any road traffic accident. This particularly applies to the Abbey Road pedestrian crossing.

10 We reserve the right to ask any tour participant to leave the tour at any time should their behaviour of that individual be adjudged to be detrimental to the enjoyment of the tour by other passengers.

12 Many guests, guides and suppliers share their tour photos, videos and thank you messages. Guests agree that these authentic travel memories may be used in Access All Areas (GB) Ltd promotional material, website and/or social media. Any individual wishing their image to not be included, please advise Access All Areas (GB) Ltd in writing.
